The Move2THz project consortium is excited to share its official press release about the initiative. It focuses on the development of next-generation high-frequency semiconductors based on Indium Phosphide (InP), aimed at advancing applications in AI, 6G telecommunications, and radar sensing, while fostering a robust European supply chain and addressing challenges related to cost and availability of InP-based technologies.
Project coordinating partner Soitec - a world leader in the design and manufacture of innovative semiconductor materials - is proud to lead this consortium and initiative.
